$125-150/HR or $1,000-$1,500 per plan (depending on complexity)

Review or Design of TTCP for MUTCD/local compliance

Work Zone Safety Audits/Compliance Inspection

$1,000/day (local) or $1,200-1,400/day (multi-site/regional)

Site visits for compliance, includes report with pictures

On-Call Consulting/Retainer Plans

$3,500-$5,000 per month retainer (up to 20 hours)

Ongoing availability for plans review, safety advice, and compliance guidance

Customized Training & Toolbox Talks

$750-$1,500 per session

Field toolbox talks (project specific) or customized trainings tailored to the specific field of work

Project-Based Oversight / QA-QC

3-5% of project safety budget or $1,200-1,500/day

Independent inspection support for TDOT/State contractors

Legal Services
